Great support can be two things: professional great support or personal support.

As a student,
I've had experience where I really went beyond the extra miles to support my colleagues in both
professional and personal manner. There were instances where I was actually extending support
to my colleagues which are out of my personality description, let's say the ability to help people
in any problem that faces their lifes,i believe i have solved and motivated people toward the
realization of their dreams and careers more than anything else. I am still the person most people
i know turn to for advise and help. I do things which are no longer part of my job just to help
them, not because I can but rather to impart the knowledge and be of great aid when the need
arises.
