June 2003 – till Date. IT supervisor (Application Infrastructure Services).

Raised and managing a team of 7-members (5 employees and 2 contractors) supporting

various Databases and applications.

Responsible for all activities and deliverables from India office.

Responsible for yearly Performance appraisal using SuccessFactors for team members.

Working on Consolidation and merging of several oracle databases into few Databases
on Linux platform to reduce server and database footprints. This project will enable in
Reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO) like oracle licensing, fewer servers, cooling
and people to manage the databases.

Supporting many standalone to 4-node Oracle RAC database, supporting Oracle

Applications, SAP, other bolt on and independent applications.
