Thank you for your letter. First of all, apologizes for the inconvenience caused as all
correspondence is handled through our Shanghai office only.
I understand your concern and the situations you are facing with your dealers and
retailers. On behalf of Joyful Toys, I would like to express my sincerely apologise for
this accidents happened and consequences that your company has to deal with.
The safety of a child is our priority. To prevent accidents like this from happening
again, our company have reached a decision to withdraw all of the toy products
immediately from both the domestic and the international markets and destroy all the
recalled products. We will implement a new internal control process and standards to
make sure all the future products strictly follow safety regulations. Moreover, we are
also getting legal advices from our lawyers to work out all the legal obligations
related to this unfortunate event. To the family and affected parties, the company will
take full responsibility for what happened and will work with you to reach a remedy
that satisfies you.
To discuss this matters in detail, we welcome you and Ms. Rose Lai to visit us in
Shanghai in person. I and my board members will be available to meet you on
August 30th.

products meet all quality regulations and make sure accidents like never happen
