directions.

From the above table we can find the relation between Vastu and tridosh. For
example we can say that if there is a vastu defect in south-west then the person
living in that house may suffer from imbalance of Pitta dosha. Which can create
problems or diseases related to pitta dosha.
HARMONIZING YOUR DOSHAS WITH THE 5 ELEMENTS
By finding vastu defect we can know that which type of dosha may affected. And so,
we can rectify the imbalance of dosha produced due to vastu defect, by doing and
avoiding some activities as mentioned below:

dosha also.
For example if your house has defected South-West, due to which KAPHA dosha may
disturbed. Then by balancing KAPHA dosha will result in nullifying effect of South
West Vastu Dosha.
Here I am giving diet chart to balance each dosha. So I can say by using diet also
one can minimize effect of Vastu Dosha and will enjoy healthy life.
