COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT
I, MARIANA L. MATIWASAY, of legal age, and a resident of Blk 9 lot 8 Bgy. F. Reyes,
General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite, Philippines, after being sworn in accordance with law, hereby
deposed and state:
1.That I am the wife of the deceased CARLOS MATIWASAY y ONG, I hereby attached and
made integral hereof our NSO Marriage Certificate as Annex "A".
2. That on October 27, 2006 around 10 to 11 o'clock after buying things in the supermarket,
I and my husband are walking in the street to went home, when we were approached by herein
accused, Aldrin Camunding y Reyes our neighbor and Kumpare. He asked my husband to have
some drink with him and their other kumpadre. My husband accepted but with the condition that
their drinking spree will be on our house.
3. When the accused accepted our invitation, we went home immediately to our house and
my husband started to prepare for their drinking spree. After an hour, our guest are coming one by
one. The first one to arrived was Alexis D. Mauutsan, a friend and colleague of my husband and the
accused. He was followed by Junathan L. Lakas, Aldrin R. Camunding and Lucas B. Magiba.
