MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Neil Leighnette Z. Dao., through the
undersigned counsel, appearing especially and solely for this
purpose, and to this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:
1. The hearing of this case has been set on 27 th March 2016 at
Regional Trial Court Brach 14, Baguio City at 8 oclock in the
morning;
2. However, the undersigned counsel regretfully informs that he
cannot attend said hearing due to a contacted illness of Typhoid
which on account of his physicians order that he have bed rest
for at least a week from the time he was admitted at Notre
Dame de Chartres Hospital on the 24 th of March 2016 in order
to recover from the said sickness;
3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to respectfully request
the Honorable Court to reset the hearing of the instant case to
another date subject to the availability of the Honorable Courts
calendar, further;
4. That this motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay
the proceedings of the instant case.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE , based on the premises presented it is
most respectfully prayed that the hearing of the instant case be

Honorable Courts calendar.
