The farewell function of Final year students (Session 15-16) is to be arranged
on 04/05/2016. The tentative budget for the program is @ 1,19,520/-(one lak
nineteen thousand five hundred twenty rupees only). The total strength of
mechanical branch students is 391.

must state that, during the forum installation program the expenditure occurred was
Rs.46000/- only, hence Department have 28800/Sir, I request you to kindly sanction the amount (390 x 200 =78000/-) so
that the total amount will be (28800 + 78000=1,06,800/- only
I very humbly request you to kindly sanction Rs.78000/- only and oblige
