Aspect Based Sentiment Analysis on Movie Reviews at IMDB

Abstract:
In this research paper, the researchers would like to have a more in-depth
analysis and understanding on the sentiment of people in the movie reviews. In recent times the
Filipino movie industry have been overly saturated by the romanticism genre, the researchers
would like to determine that despite the high saturation of romantic movies in the Philippine, we
would like to know what are the sentiments of the people and what makes the movie different
from the others that makes the movie worth watching. We would use a more in depth analysis
by using Aspect Based Sentiment Analysis by using it we would like to detect the aspect or key
features (i.e. fun, enjoyable, boring) then further on it will estimate the average sentiment of the
aspect terms.
