submission of project proposal:
Eligibility
For Public Schools
1. Must be a DepEd recognized
institution with supporting
documents
2. Filled out application form
3. Project proposal

Requirements
For Private Schools
1. Valid SEC registration
2. DepEd recognized institution with
supporting documents
3. School profile (VM statement,
core values, history)
4. Filled out application form
5. Copy of Official Receipt
6. Project proposal
