INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
In view of two failed public biddings, the UP Open University (UPOU) through its
Bids and Awards Committee invites interested parties to participate in the negotiation for
Lease of Office Space for UPOU Learning Center in Manila amounting to FIVE
HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS AND
THIRTY SIX CENTAVOS (PHP 536,718.36), this being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
The project specifications and requirements may be requested from the BAC
Secretariat, Supply and Property Management Office (SPMO), UPOU Headquarters, Los
Baos, Laguna.
Interested parties should submit their eligibility and technical documents (Annex A)
and their best and final offer on 08 September 2016, 2:30 PM, at the UPOU Headquarters,
Los Baos, Laguna.
UPOU reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, to annul the negotiation
process, and to reject all offers at any time prior to contract award, without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected firms.
