‘To whom it may concern,
‘This letter is in reference to Paige Stevens. I am Paige’s clinical instructor at USF for her med-
surg II rotation. Although I have only known her for three months, she has impressed me by consistently
performing her designated tasks in an efficient and meticulous manner, while establishing a relationship
‘of respect with both nurses and patients. She is eager to learn, and conscientious about keeping safety at
the forefront when approaching situations with which she is unfamiliar. Her written work, which reflects
her verbal communication skills, has been articulate and thorough. Another notable strength is her ability
to apply knowledge she has acquired through her didactic classes into clinical situations.
Paige is an empathetic advocate for her patients, while retaining a strong sense of realism. Tam
confident that she will be a valuable addition to your staff. Thank you for considering her application. If 1
can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
