Terms and Conditions for Hiring Services

Babysitting is defined as occasional weekday/weekend evening/day childcare. Any other

more permanent or regular arrangement e.g. consecutive days/nights, after school and
holiday care is classed as a permanent or temporary placement and as such will be charged
accordingly.
A Baby sitter can only be booked for the children as named on the registration form.
Non-compliance with our recommended rates of pay may jeopardize the booking of any
further baby sitters.
There is no guarantee for a specific baby sitter although we will make every effort to meet
your requirements. Availability and amount of notice given must be taken into consideration.
Should the baby sitter cancel an engagement we will make every effort to find a replacement.
If you book one of our registered baby sitters without our knowledge or consent, we reserve
the right to terminate the contract. If you refer a registered baby sitter to someone else who
engages them other than through our Agency, you will be liable for legal proceedings.
Whilst every effort is taken to screen each baby sitter, we cannot accept responsibility for any
loss, damage or inconvenience suffered by you, or any loss for which you may become liable
as a result or prior to any introduction by the Agency. It is your responsibility to check that
your home insurance covers you in the event of an accident to or caused by the baby sitter.
Whilst we endeavor at all times to match the suitability of the baby sitter to your
requirements, no warranty is given by us as to the character, honesty, age, suitability or
capability of the baby sitter through the Agency will always check a minimum of two
references and carry out a personal interview to satisfy itself that the baby sitter is suitable.
Should you cancel a One off booking once confirmed, the full fee is payable to agency and
candidate
Should you cancel a sitter within 48 hours a fee of ____$_____ shall be paid to the baby
sitter and the full fee is payable to the agency
Payment for one off bookings must be made in advance to secure sitter.
The Client is responsible for paying the Nanny directly.
The Parties herby certify, represent, and warrant that they have carefully read this
Agreement, that they carefully understand its final binding effect, and that they agree to all
its terms and conditions.
