Wiring harness repair

All operations should be done battery disconnected

It is forbidden to repair:

Wires located at less than 10cm from the connector

Wiring harness with more than 10 wires damaged
Splices with more than 3 wires
Copper wires with cross-section less than 0.35 mm2 or greater than 6 mm2
Connector itself (excluding if specific repair connector kit exist)

Wiring to change in most cases:

ABS
Airbags and pretensioner
Preheating
Injection
Multiplex

Some exceptions if diagnostic tool is used and the specific connector or repair part is
delivered.
