RITCHIE LANDS KEY ENDORSEMENTS
As she continues to pursue reelection for a fourth term serving Central and Northern New York as a member of
the New York State Senate, Senator Patty Ritchie has announced she has landed endorsements of key labor and
education organizations in New York State.
Organizations endorsing Senator Ritchie for another term as State Senator representing the 48th Senate District
include the New York State United Teachers (NYSUT), New York State Public Employees Federation (PEF),
the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) and the New York State AFL-CIO.
It has been my biggest privilege and honor to fight on behalf of the hardworking men and women of New York
State, said Senator Ritchie.
I am thankful that yet again, these important organizations are putting their faith in me to continue to stand up
for the issues that matter to our region. I look forward to again having the opportunity to represent them as
State Senator.
Since taking office in 2010, Senator Ritchie has successfully fought for record funding for local schools, money
to rebuild local roads, investments in local libraries, hospitals and government institutions, as well as advocated
for cutting taxes and red tape, which has helped to strengthen the economy and grow jobs in our region.
