1kg of chicken

cup of soy sauce


cup of distilled vinegar
6-8 cloves of garlic peeled and chopped
3 laurel leaves
1 teaspoon of whole black pepper

1) Combine the soy sauce, vinegar and garlic, laurel leaves and pepper in a
sauce pan. Then add the chicken and bring the mixture on high heat for
about 10-20 minutes. Turn the chicken over and continue heating it for 10
minutes.
2) Coat the chicken with the sauce and continue heating it until there are less
sauce on the sauce pan. Once there are less sauce, serve it with white rice.
***My mom said that in our family, we would get the chicken after it has been boiled
and then fry it and bask it in the sauce again. That is optional though, I have tasted
the non-fried and fried and its still good.
** I also am not sure if you have laurel leaves there XD
