    Dear Echo Beach Investors,
    The current extension for the sale of the Echo Beach Land expires on the 15th of September
    2016.
    We have written to the Purchasers asking for a report. If the special condition is not satisfied,
    the vendors will not grant any further extension and will terminate the contract immediately
    after that date.
    In that event, the sale process stipulated in the property development agreement signed by
    all investors will be strictly implemented and weekly reports will be sent to all investors.
