    **INFORMATION WANTED**

    The Onondaga County Sheriffs Office is looking for any information regarding a HOMICIDE
    investigation from 1996. Carol M Ryan was last seen on 09/01/96 in the Eastwood area in
    the City of Syracuse at approximately 2:00 am. Ryan was observed in the 2700 block of
    James St. after leaving the East Room Bar, which is located at 2727 James Street. Carol Ryan
    was discovered severely injured in Jamesville, NY, and subsequently died from her injuries.
