1. This might be the first time travelling to US to many of u guys. Its a real long journey and
hence it always better if you can know your travel itinerary in and out. ( give copies to your
frds and family to be safe ) Transits are the tricky part. Make sure you land and plan your
transit and not miss your flight. Some transits are short and airports are big. But since most

3. Usually when you guys land in Phoenix airport, you might feel as though you are landing in
a furnace. One of the hottest places on planet earth. So be mentally prepared for it. ( Carry
sunscreen and shades :D)

in a box. Laptops to be placed in separate box when in security check. (try to be ready to keep

7. The most imp point. In US, there is a spamming community called AM**Y or QU*****R.

They basically lure students by telling "We have good part time jobs or research work or
exciting projects" in public places likes Wal-Mart or McD. Its very easy to identify. Almost
sure if someone approaches asking if you are Indian (being extra friendly) and he wants you
to attend "High profile meeting". Its sure the spam network. Unless you know that person,
Beware. Its the biggest curse of Indians on Indians.!
