1) Algebra I or Acc Alg/Geo; 2) Geometry or Acc Geo/Alg II; 3)
Algebra II/Adv Algebra or Acc Pre-Calc; 4) Pre-Calculus,
Calculus, Statistics, Adv. Mathmatical Dec Making, Math of
Industry & Government, or any AP Math
or
2) Foundations of Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, & Algebra II
(Foundations counts toward HS graduation but does not count as
a math class for 4 yr college admission)
(2015 and beyond most math support classes count only as
elective credits)

Science

Biology
Chemistry, Earth Systems, Env. Sci, or any AP science
Science credit of your choice
Physical Science or Physics

Social Studies

US History
World History
Government (.5 credit) / Economics (.5 credit)

Note: 2 credits of the same language are required for

entrance into a Georgia 4 year college or university but not
for high school graduation.

10th grade: Student must earn a minimum of 5 credits which shall include one unit each of required
English, Math, and Science

12 grade: Student must earn a minimum of 16 credits including at least two units of required
English, Math, and Science
