Onthisdate,Iwascontactedaboutamaleinthepoliceparkinglotthatsaidhehadcommittedafraud
andwastheretoturnhimselfintopolice.Therewasallegedlynoreportfortheincidentandlocation
wasunknown.

IcameintocontactwithJamesChristian "Chris" Aggeles.Heinformedmethathehadfalsified

paperworkforaspermbank,Xytex.Hesaidthathewasnottruthfulabouthis
andhiscollegedegreestatus.
AggeleswentontosaythatwhenhefilledoutpaperworktopurchasefirearmsinthestateofGeorgia,
hedidnotmentionthathehad
AggelessaidthatIcould "Google" hisnameandtherewouldbeampleinformationavailable.

IinformedAggelesthatIwouldnotbearrestinghimatthattimebecauseI`
dneedtoconductan
investigationtoseeifwhathewassayingwastrueandifACCPDevenhadjurisdictionoverwhathe
wasclaiming.
DuringmybriefinterviewwithAggeles,Iaskedabouthiswife.Hesaidshewasupsetwithhimbecause
ofallthecurrentstress.Iaskedifheandshehadgottenphysicalandhesaid, "Notwitheachother."
Hewentontosaythathehadbrokensomethinginthehome.
Iaskedtocall
toseeifshewouldbewillingtopickupAggelesfromthepolice
departmentsincehedrovehereinanuninsuredcar.Ithentalkedwith
toseeifshewouldtalk
tomeaboutthepossibledomesticdisputethatoccurredbetweenherandAggeles.

Abasicinternetsearchof "JamesChristianAggeles" yieldedarticlesofcivilsuitsagainstAggelesand
Xytex.

XytexislocatedinAtlanta,GA.ItisunclearifXytexhasorisgoingtofileareportagainstAggeles.
Referencethefirearmpurchase,followupwillhappenwiththeATFtoseeifthatcanbecorroborated.
