My name is Ashamae Swyer and I am a Year 13 student, currently studying Media at
Oaks Park High School. I am contacting you today as my production team will begin
filming in September and we would like to request the use of your property for our
short film. Specifically, we would like to film the interior of a bedroom with a small
desk/chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
I understand that this is your private property and something that you hold dear, so we
will promise to conduct ourselves respectfully and professionally at all times during
set-up and filming. We will also make sure to leave everything as it was prior to
filming. We plan to film during the month of September and the start of October as we
have deadlines to work towards. However, we hope to be in correspondence with your
establishment to decide on the best time(s) for us to film during this period.
We strongly believe that the use of your property will enhance the quality of our short
