Ferrari-Carano Vineyards has grown from a small, 30-acre plot of

grapes purchased in 1979, to todays 19 estate vineyards in six different

appellations totaling over 1,500 acres. Ferrari-Carano owns some of
the finest wine growing properties in all of California and are certified
sustainable. It has long been a favorite vineyard and we chose to feature
them this fall! Enjoy!

Fume Blanc
Flavors of peach, pear and quince. A bright fresh wine with
crisp acidity. 100 % Sauvignon blanc aged in both stainless steel tanks and older
french oak barrels. Perfect with our tuna!

Tre Terre Chardonnay

A big chardonnay that spends 15 months in new and older French oak. Full
bodied with hints of apple, melon, fig, citrus and vanilla. Bright fruit, balanced
acidity and a big buttery finish! Excellent with our lobster ravioli or shrimp!

Cabernet Sauvignon

A big jammy cabernet with hints of smoke, cedar, cassis and mint. A touch of Syrah
and 18 months in oak allow this wine to develop into a terrific full bodied cab. A nice
round finish. A good match for our ribeye steak and cheese board!

Siena Sangiovese Blend

A luscious blend of Sangiovese, Malbec, Petite Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon this is
an easy drinking food friendly red. Aromas of blackberry, raspberry jam, cocoa and
vanilla and big juicy flavors of bing cherry, bright blueberry, and pomegranate with
sweet oak notes and a long lingering finish.
