Construction Update Week of May 31, 2010

Men of Gamma,

What a difference a few months make! I am pleased to say that our project is right on schedule and
only two short months from being complete. Some of the recent activities have included the laying
of all hard wood floors and tiles, installation of bathroom fixtures, lighting, building the grand
staircase, trim work, painting, and exterior finishes. Also, this past week the heating and cooling
system came online and I can proudly say for the first time in the 81 year history of our house, we
have central air conditioning (and it feels great!). In the next two weeks we will see all of the doors
installed, kitchen equipment delivered, parking lot and basketball court paved, hardwood floor
staining and final installation of all lighting systems. Finally, I hope that you will all be able to join
us this October as we formally dedicate the house. I can safely say you won’t be disappointed!
