He has extensive experience in the field of Operations Performance
Improvement particularly in manufacturing and services industries. He was
an external Consultant for Motorola University, specializing in 6 Sigma, LEAN
Enterprise and Leadership Development program. He is a certified
Master Trainer by PSMB. He has consulted and trained people in Malaysia,
Saudi Arabia, Australia, India, China, Africa and Bangladesh. His breadth of
exposure coupled with his ability to interact with employees at all levels
makes him
an extremely valuable resource for imparting practical
