MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE PRETRIAL MOTIONS

The defendant, RYAN BUNDY, for his Motion for Extension of Time to File Pretrial
Motions, states to the court the following:
1. On or about 1/27/16 the defendant(s) was indicted and arraigned on the original
indictment. The superseding indictment was filed in this case on 3/8/16. The
defendant(s) was never arraigned on this superseding indictment to this day.
2. At the time of 1/27/16 arraignment, the court ordered that pretrial motions be filed
before trial.
3. The defendant has been unable to adequately prepare any appropriate pretrial
motions because he has not been able to view the United States Attorneys file.
Therefore, in the interests of justice, and the defendants constitutional rights to due
process and equal protection of law and effective assistance of counsel according to the
United States Constitution, the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments, the
defendant requests an extension of time to file any pretrial motions.

WHEREFORE, the Defendant prays this court enter its Order for Extension of
Time to, and including, 30 days after this file is opened and for a paper discovery be
provided by the United States Attorneys office.
