    This rubric evaluates students on reading their assigned role from Romeo and Juliet. Students will be assessed on their ability to pronounce words, read fluidly and with confidence, use appropriate emotion and volume. Performance will be ranked at one of 5 levels - with level 4 being an excellent reading demonstrating proper flow, pace, inflection and pronunciation, level 3 being a well prepared reading meeting those standards, level 2 needing some improvement in one area, level 1 being awkward and needing work in multiple areas, and level 0 being unprepared without those skills.
