TAL was keen to evaluate the eselling & eProcurement


services of mjunction and requested for more details
regarding different category of materials which are sourced /
sold through MJ for the various clients .

their material list with the price trends.

TAL would like to evaluate valuejunctions services for quick


selling of their existing idle asset.
Details / photos of the Pegards Machine will be shared by TAL
for MJs feedback.
In case MJ is interested to sell it. TAL would like to offer it to
MJ for disposal on work order basis.
TAL is also interested in MJs esourcing services for bearings,
rollers, chains, forklifting, logistic services, oil/paints & packing
contracts etc. on monthly basis & eselling services for scrap
items generated on quarterly basis.
Details of all the items will be shared by TAL post signing of
the NDA.
MJ needs to reply back to TAL with the list of items (from the
list shared by TAL) MJ can source for TAL.

Benchmarking TAL does not have a standard


benchmarking process as of now. They refer to the buying
prices of Tata Motors for benchmarking along with the
comparison with price trends for their last sources prices for
the materials.
TAL would like MJ to propose a benchmarking process for the
same during proposal submission.
TAL would like to know if MJ can offer Aggregate buying
services to TAL for the low quantity items for which they find
difficult to negotiate with their vendors.
TAL would like MJs sales team & category team to present on
MJs services to TALs sourcing team and would further like to
have detailed discussions about MJs process flow & other
technical aspects with the category team.
