Curriculum
Bible: This week we will discuss sin in the Garden of Eden and focus on
Gods special people Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph.
Writing: We will continue working on letter writing. Students have been
writing about the book Flat Stanley. They are excited to mail Flat Stanley
and their letter to a friend or relative anywhere in the world.
Reading: We will be reading the story Mr. Putter and Tabby Pour the Tea.
We will be learning about plot- beginning, middle, and end. We will also be
working on sentences using exclamation points, periods, and question marks.
Vowac: Students will be reviewing magic e words.
Math: Students will order and compare numbers.
Science: We will be learning about the parts of a Monarch Butterfly. If you
see any eggs or caterpillars on milkweed please send them to school. We
have a butterfly cage to put them in.
