    Minutes of Meeting 2

    1) Please find the student volunteers from each research group as attached here with.
    i)
    The volunteers will be collecting the amount from the individuals and will forward to
    department representatives probably by tomorrow afternoon. Representatives please
    ii)

    maintain a list of donors.


    The chain also acts in reverse way to pass the information. Some of the volunteers are not
    allotted as can be seen in the list, please send your details to me as soon as possible. If
    any of the allotted volunteers involve in any other activities please suggest the

    iii)

    replacement.
    The volunteers please collect the hard-copy of invitations from Geo-informatics lab
    (inside CC lab) on Monday 8 a.m. and distribute to respective faculties. If faculties are
    not available please remind them through phone, however an official mail will be

    iv)

    distributed by tonight.
    The amount remained from the collection campaign will be returned to the students in the
    same way, with proper circulation of bills maintaining transparency. Representatives
    involved in purchase activities are advised to maintain proper bills.
    2) The program is finally scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on 5 th September 2016.at
    room no. 3202. This has been fixed after rigorous discussion with students and the
    availability of the venue. We regret for not the inconvenience caused to some of the
    individuals.
