Reflection #1

Chapter 4
As we tackled in this chapter entitled Factors Influencing
Test Construction and Test Performance, it is the process how
the teachers how to make a test questioner. But before the
teacher to make a test, a teacher has to clarify the purpose for
testing. In testing frequency its depend on the function the test
is to serve in single testing can suffice for selection, placement,
and summative evaluation decisions in that factor it is the
purpose to provide feedback so it can help the teacher guide and
direct the student to the right track.

In any test is influenced by personal traits, knowledge or


proficiency. Extraneous factors, oftentimes unrecognized,
likewise cause equal or stronger influences. These include the
following: Test sophistication or test-wiseness, Practice,
Coaching, Anxiety and Motivation, and lastly Response Styles.
These following are the purpose to assess an examinees usual,
typical behaviour and how we motivated them to exert much
effort for their highest level of performance.
