Respected Sir,
I am writing to you on the behalf of all MBA 2nd Semester Students (Batch: 2016-2018). As part
of our experiential learning within the scope of rural development in Nepal, we are proposing
you for an academic tour with certain sets of objectives for the fruitfulness during our empirical
journey at GCI.
After much planning and discussion we come with the conclusion that Mustang visit will be the
best alternative for us to work on discovering numerous business opportunities in such
landscape. As well as we will put some efforts regarding,

Demographic analysis,

Social issues regarding lifestyle of the community, understanding their perception toward

tourism both domestic and international,

And gather their feedback and suggestions regarding establishing new businesses.

Our academic visit will be of 5 days and 4 nights. Tour plan is presented in the table below:

Kathmandu-Beni by bus
Beni to Jomsom/Mustang by Jeep
Muktinath-Jomsom by Jeep
Jomsom-Pokhara by bus
Pokhara-Kathmandu by bus

And the total cost for the tour will be NRs 12000 per person. And the cost includes:

Accommodation in Guest House with rooms in sharing basis.

Transportation from Kathmandu- Beni in Bus, Beni to Jomsom in Bus/ Jeep, Jomsom
to Muktinath to Jomsom in Jeep, Jomsom to Pokhara in Bus, Pokhara to Kathmandu in
Bus

All meals including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Whereas the cost excludes:

Any expenses of personal nature

Unforeseen expenses

Since all us will equally participate and work on putting 100% effort throughout the journey,
from the colleges end we are expecting moral as well as some financial support (up to
NRs.. per person) for making our journey successful.
