Key Stage 4 Expectations Evening
Tuesday 13 September (6.00 - 7.00pm)
I am writing to invite you to attend the Key Stage 4 Expectations Evening, which will be held on
Tuesday 13 September at 6:00pm in the main hall.
Key Stage 4 is the final part of your son/wards compulsory schooling and includes his
examination preparation. This evening is designed to inform parents/carers of the expectations
at Key Stage 4, as well as to advise you of some of the changes and differences as he moves
from Key Stage 3, particularly the change to GCSE grading which will affect current Year 10
students. Our aim is to continually develop strategies that enable your son/ward to reach or
exceed his potential whilst maximising his outcomes and opportunities post-16.
We would be grateful for your support at the event but must advise you that, due to our limited
capacity in the hall, a maximum of two places are available for each family. Please fill out the
online response form - located on the school website at www.isleworthsyon.org/2016/09/ks4expectations-2016/ - to confirm your attendance.
