Homework September 6, 2016

Monday- Put words in ABC order, read 20 mins, record on reading
log(every day),
Tuesday- take a quick spelling pre-test. Make a spelling triangle for
all words missed, read 20 minutes
Wednesday- word boxes using all words, read 20 mins
Thursday- write each word three times vertically, read 20 mins.,
*I will be collecting homework each night for the first quarter.
*Record the reading on the log. Keep this in Homework Folder.
*Next quarter there will be homework choices for each day. Right
now I want to get them in the routine of doing homework and being
responsible for themselves. At this point the homework will be the
same each night for the first quarter.
Grandparents Day-12:00-2:00-lunch at 11:45 with students if you
choose. Please let me know how many are coming.
*Open House-Sept. 22, 4-6
A heads up: we plan to go to the Marana Pumpkin Patch on Oct. 4.

Communication Book.

Monday Folder went home today (Tuesday)with graded papers.

Please look at them, have your child complete and return any that say.
There is a sheet to sign and comment so I know you have seen these
papers.
