Description of Job

Learnt the basics of formation evaluation and worked on the

real sonic, resistivity, gamma and neutron density logs of KG
field.
Engaged in field work of various operations like well testing,
production monitoring, sand cleanup and ascertained about
Portable Seperatable Skid a patented technology used to
separate gas, water and sand at the Well Head itself.

Visited and interacted with experts, at various installations like

GGS, CTF, GCP, ETP, Desalting plant and gained practical
knowledge of EOR, drilling operation, In-Situ Oil Recovery an
transportation of crude oil.

Extra-Curricular Activities :

Won 2nd prize in Paper presentation at International Conference on Drilling Technology (ICDT)-2012 held at IIT Madras.
Presented a paper on Integrated analysis of 3D Seismic Data and Reservoir Simulation for optimization of SAGD Process
through Technical Poster Presentation in SPE India-Bangladesh Sub Regional Paper Meet 2012.
Selected and participated in Jagriti Yatra 2012, an annual train journey organized by Jagriti Sewa Sansthan that takes 45
highly motivated youth (with some participation of international students also) on a fifteen day national journey of 8000 km to
