Earnings of September 2016 onwards will
be paid only through NEFT. Please ensure
that registration is completed by 25th Aug
2016 to avoid earnings to be held

Procedure for enrollment:

Log in to myHerbalife.com
Print Bank Information Form (RTGS/NEFT Request Form) from the link Documents and
Policies
Fill the document with signature and date
Support the document with cancelled cheque (with preprinted name) or Bank passbook
copy (with the details of bank account number, account holder name and IFSC code).
Send all the above mentioned documents to the address mentioned in the BIF Form.

New associates: Please submit all the above documents on or before

21st of the month for processing the earnings through NEFT.
