To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure for me to write this letter of recommendation for Laurisa Titterud. I have
had the privilege of knowing Laurisa for her entire life. Throughout her formative years I have
seen a sweet, caring, responsible girl grow into an exceptional young woman. I have been most
impressed with all of Laurisas diversified capabilities.
Laurisa has been an employee of mine for the past 2 years. She has done a remarkable job with
detailed organization of my files, household and outdoor yard/beach maintenance. In addition to
miscellaneous jobs at my home and my home office she has been my childrens #1 request for a
babysitter.
Laurisa has a strong work ethic and has made exceptional decisions regarding her academics,
athletics, volunteer work and a part time job. Laurisas ability to define and translate her personal
life goals into a reality has earned her a remarkable track record of overcoming adversity and
accepting challenges and change; a remarkable task for someone her age.
Laurisa has contributed to the community by being a Mustang Mentor to the underclassman at
Mounds View School as well as volunteering to teach Sunday school since she was 12 years old.
Laurisa is passionate about helping others of less fortune and worked hard to fund a missions trip
last year to Panama. Laurisa helped the orphanages take care of the children as well as working
with the construction team on various arduous building repairs.
It is a pleasure for me to see someone like Laurisa with a strong vision for contributing to society,
the abilities to face challenging objectives and adversities with a solution-minded positive attitude
along with strong work ethics. Laurisa will go the extra mile to achieve the results that it takes to
meet the high standards of any task put before her.
In all respects, I have found Laurisa to be hardworking, responsible and loyal to her academics,
family, friends, and her future. I therefore highly recommend her and wish her well in all she
chooses to pursue. She will be successful and of great value.
