Eva Joyce Burns Foster was born to the parentage of Robert and Gerthia White in
Freestone County and attended Dogan High School in Fairfield, Texas. She had been a
member of Jones Chapel UMC and was a member of the South Side Church Of Christ at
the time of her death. She worked in the area of Health Care
and has worked at Fairfields Fairview Nursing Home and later Teagues McGee Nursing
Home. Her last
employment was with Jordan Home Health Care in the Teague and Fairfield area. She is
preceded in death by: her parents; brothers: Clifford Lucas, Frederick White, Elvia White,
Sr., Sherman and Kenneth White and her sisters: Mary Mims and Lovie McElroy. Surviving
Eva Joyce are: Her sons: Adam White and wife, Daphne and Floyd Burns all of Fairfield;
Grandsons: Broderick White and Isaiah Hudson, both of Fairfield, TX;
Aunts: Mildredge Andy and Martha Govan all of Fairfield, Her special friend: Phillip
