Sub: Requesting to Organize a Consumer Affairs Related Stall during The Durga Puja Days
Honble Sir,
On behalf of Cossipore I.H.E. Tennant Welfare Association, myself, Subir Nandy, the Joint Secretary
Duraga Puja Committee, 2016 (Cossipore I.H.E. tenant Welfare Association) hereby informing you that
to accelerate some social welfare and related activities, we have planned to arrange a stall related to the
matter of consumer affairs, purposeviley tried to make people aware regarding this matter, during the
auspicious occasion of Durga Puja from 7th October, 2016 to 11th October, 2016, in our 53rd years of
Durga Puja Celebration time.
In order to execute this plan successfully, and definitely to organize such it is my humble request to you
please arrange some necessary activities so that we may able to make people aware regarding the
consumer affairs that is very vital today. Not only the people in our premises also in the surroundings,
may be benefited if such-a-stall can be arranged. We need your help and co-operation deadly for the
success of our mission.
