    conductedbyITMSkillsAcademyand3monthsonjobtrainingattheirpostedbranchlocation.
    2.Duringonjobtrainingperiod,theapplicantwillbepaidanallinclusivegrossstipendofRs.Rs.9,000/permonth.
    Thisissubjecttonecessarytaxesanddeductions.

    8.Onsuccessfulcompletionofonthejobtraining,theapplicantwilljoinKotakMahindraBankasAssistant
    AcquisitionManageratanannualCTCofRs.2.00lacs(Mumbai,Delhi,Bangalore,Hyderabad,Chennai,Kolkata,

    9.KotakMahindraBankwillrecovertrainingcostthrough24monthlyinstalmentsofRs.Rs.1,545/onthe
    applicantsjoiningtheservicesoftheBankasAssistantAcquisitionManager.Therecoverywillbeeffectivebywayof
    deductionfromhis/hermonthlysalary.
    10.Applicantswhointendtodiscontinuefromthetrainingorservicesofthebankbefore2yearswillhavetopaythe
    balancecoursefeewith18%interestafteradjustingforthemonthlydeductions,ifany.Applicableservicetaxcharges
    willhavetobebornebythecandidate.
