Project Facilities
The Concessionaire shall construct the Project Facilities in accordance with the provisions of
this Agreement.

The Concessionaire shall construct the Project Facilities described in this Schedule-C to form
part of the Project Highway. The Project Facilities shall include:

Description of Project Facilities

(a)

Toll Plaza
NIL

(b)

Traffic control device/ Road safety device/ Roadside furniture

Traffic control device/ Road safety device/ Roadside furniture as per Provisions of 6-lane
manual (IRC: SP: 87-2013) & Expressway Manual (IRC:SP:99-2013).
Traffic Blinkers (L.E.D.) at all intersections and Traffic signals at junctions mentioned in
Appendix - I shall be provided.

(c)

Pedestrian facilities
Pedestrian Guard rails shall be provided at major junctions, truck lay byes, bus bays and near
schools/ hospitals as per Provisions of 6-lane manual (IRC: SP: 87-2013) & Expressway
Manual (IRC:SP:99-2013).

(d)

Landscaping and Tree Plantation

Landscaping of the highway shall be provided as per Provisions of 6-lane manual (IRC: SP: 872013) & Expressway Manual (IRC:SP:99-2013).

(e)

Truck Lay-byes
NIL

(f)

Bus Shelters
Bus shelters shall be provided at as per Provisions of 6-lane manual (IRC: SP: 87-2013)
locations given at Appendix - II.

(g)

Others
Lighting
Lighting providing as per Provisions
