I want to start out by saying that Los Pollos Hermanos is extremely proud to be an
associate of yours and your evil doings. Our partnership has been both fruitful and advantageous
for the both of us. I look forward to many more years of prosperity
Unfortunately we will not be able to provide our services for your event. One of our
service providers was unexpectedly sidelined on the way to our distribution center. That being
said, we do not have enough product on site to serve the amount of guest that you will have on
hand for the party. To be able to provide you with a successful event would require a lot of last
minute hustle and bustle that would leave you with a product that is unsatisfactory.
At Los Pollos Hermanos our company motto is "Los Pollos Hermanos, where something
delicious is always cooking." We always strive to maintain the quality of our product, never
wavering from that message. We hope that you understand our reasoning, but as a token of
gratitude for considering us, we can still take care of those few employees that need to be
relocated. Once again we ask you to be discrete in this matter and leave a detailed sheet to Mike
Ehrmantraut.
