Protection/Overcoming Fear:
Raised right hand acts as a shield
Can be depicted as standing or sitting
Signifies courage
Left hand palm up on lap
Prevents fear, delusion and anger

Symbol for people who are looking for peace or calm in their
lives
Usually found in serenity rooms, quiet areas in the house to
meditate in
Both hands face up on lap
Legs crossed in either single or double lotus position
Symbol of concentration, eyes are usually half closed or
closed nearly all the way
Form of a triangle, representing stability
