Contractor Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT made the 1st day of July, 2016, by and between GRC General Contractor/Gerver
Rodriguez Hereafter called the Contractor and ___________________________________, hereinafter called the
Owner WITNESSETH that the Contractor and the Owner for the considerations named agree as follows:

Scope of Work
The Contractor shall furnish all materials and perform all of the work on the property at 1560 5th St. Oakland,
California.

Work Performed

Apply one coat of PVA Primer to walls and ceilings on both units.
Apply two coats of finish paint on interior trim and baseboards. Prep all trim and
baseboard to apply paint.
We will do light touch up to walls and ceilings, if we see any imperfections. When I say
light, I mean small holes and scratches. If there are a lot of holes and scratches it will be
the owners responsibility to fix.
This contract covers the labor and materials for the total two colors. One on ceilings and
on walls. A third color a can be applied to trim and baseboard.
The name brand of paint, colors and shin will be provided by owner.
The cost per gallon of paint is $40.00 after taxes.

Contract Price
The Owner shall pay the contractor for material and labor to be performed under the sum of $7,000.00

Progress Payments
Payments of Contract Price shall be made as follows:
First payment of $3,000.00 is due once we sign this contract.
Second payment of $2,500.00 is due once we are done applying the two coats of paint to ceiling and one

coat of paint to walls.

Last payment of $1,500.00 is due once we are done with all the work mention above.
