ICMP Records Governance

Build a purge process based on Client Records Management requirements. ICMP has billions of
documents in its repositories. Build IER system to receive/obtain account trigger event data from
the SOR for the account; Preliminary data needs: trigger event date, account #, additional
identification parameters, borrower last name and other values to identify a unique account
record.

1. CE Data Model
a. Existing ICMP P8 CE data model supports many-to-many relationship between documents
and business entities (Account, Deals, and Customer). A single document can belong to multiple
business entities and this is supported by using P8 CE custom objects (business entities) and P8
CE link objects.
