Sir;
This pertains to the Air Conditioning Units installed at the office of Administrative
Division and Logistics Office of OPSS which are malfunctioning for almost three (3)
months resulting to uncomfortable condition of our personnel assigned thereat.
In view thereof, request issuance of three (2) Air-Conditioning Units to replace the
malfunctioning items and for installation to abovementioned offices.
