Possis Medical was sold to MEDRAD in 2008. MEDRAD was an affiliate of Bayer Corporation
and became Bayer HealthCare in 2011. Bayer HealthCares Interventional business was
acquired by Boston Scientific (BSC) in 2014.
Manager, Learning & Development (Operations & Quality)

o Managed all of legacy Bayer Interventional training records which
included creating curriculum, assigning curriculum, training
managers to manage the learning requirements for their staff,

adding online learning objects to the system, making sure new
employees received proper assignments and running weekly
reports

o Called into front room for audits to explain Training SOP and
integration activities

Change Management Lead

Virtual project management experience - change management lead for


international rollout of Siebel CRM (project based in Pittsburgh, PA)
o Used ADKAR model to build communication plan (to build
awareness and desire), developed a training plan (knowledge and
ability) that included a business impact analysis, detailed list of
current training options, responses to a survey regarding training
delivery options, training roles and responsibilities and
measurement opportunities. Reinforcement was built into training
activities using the live-lab scenarios.

Modified all e-learning courses based on changes in software
design
o Responsible for organizing and developing training for super
users who received the training first in order to support the larger
rollout. The first session was held in Rome, Italy and the second in
Berlin, Germany.
o Responsible for organizing and developing training for all end
users. This included e-Learning pre-requisites followed by
classroom training in Nice, France.
Developed performance support SharePoint site for Siebel CRM
o Built a SharePoint site that end users could utilize as a one-stopshop for all Siebel CRM training.
o Organized the content by user group training needs: all users,
sales, customer service and field service
Provided change management leadership for multiple IT projects,
including sever shutdown and new complaint handling system.

o Virtual project management experience - managed the
development of 19 e-Learning courses, using Adobe Captivate.
Three external consultants assisted with the design and
development. (project based in Pittsburgh, PA)
o Developed quick start guides (30), Tips and Tricks documents
(33), live lab scenarios (9) and a comprehensive reference guide
that included descriptions of all form fields, how to steps and
system functionality.
o Responsible for providing weekly updates to the change
management lead.
Managed two business analysts with responsibilities for enhancement
and upgrade development for MatrixOne and Dynamics CRM, which
included gathering and prioritizing business needs.
Created and implemented annual IT training strategy, which included
information from department needs analysis responses and plans for
each audience type: leadership, professional, sales and production staff.
Developed and delivered software training to sales employees at
national and regional sales meetings. These were hands-on sessions
that had minimal lecture. Games and other activities were developed
based on the theme of the meeting.

IT Technical Training & Testing Lead

Managed the software validation efforts for MatrixOne and Dynamics


CRM, which included writing test scripts for multiple scenarios for many
processes. Created test plan document and test results summary for the
projects.
