He may have to ask someone else. I'm guessing there won't be a need for a CUP. If you do need on the agenda, the county Commission meets every Monday of the month, except the fifth Monday, at 10:00 a.m. 1 doubt you can find out property owners electronically. I could be wrong, but I know I've always had to go into the recorder's office to get that information. I just don't think San Juan County is quite up to speed as far as electronic records go. Having said that, T would call the county recorder Louise Jones at 435-587-3223 ext. 4126. Original Message— From: christine watson mikell (mailto: christine@wasatchwind. com} Sent: Wednesday, July 05, 2006 6:11 PM To: Greg Martin Subject: RE: SF-270 Question for you, what is the process that we will need to go through to erect the 50 meter met towers? Will it require being on the agenda of a county commission meeting for a conditional use permit? If so, can you tell me the next time there will be a meeting? I can probably make it as my husband will be working in Moab for the next several months and I plan to come down next week for several days. Also, we have found some good areas to install the met towers but now need to figure out who Owns the land. Can this information be found electronically through the county website? Utah County has a web page that has all the land records in the county, but T doubted that your county has the same, hopefully they do!
