chng ch bng mt thit b c kt ni Internet. Tuy nhin, lnh
vc ng b, cn nhiu hn ch, ch yu l xe khch. Mc d y

pht trin n ngy nay, VeXeRe lun khng ngng hc hi, han

VeXeRe l trang web thng mi in t khi nghip c quy m trung bnh ln,
cng nh hu ht cc website thng mi in t mi thnh lp khc, hot ng marketing
ca website vn cha c coi trng ( ngoi tr google adword). VeXeRe khng tin hnh
cng tc nghin cu phn on v la chn th trng mc tiu, mt trong nhng cng vic
quan trng trong vic xy dng chin lc marketing.
Hin ti VeXeRe cng thu thp thng tin nhng ch yu v cc khch hng hin ti
ca doanh nghip, cha thc s nghin cu k v nhu cu, th hiu ca khch hng.

Vit Nam lun l quc gia nm trong top nhng nc c s ngi s dng internet

145 USD v doanh s thu t thng mi in t B2C t khong 2,97 t USD, chim 2,12
% tng mc bn l hng ha c nc. Sn phm c la chn tp trung vo cc mt hng
nh cng ngh v in t (60%), thi trang, m phm (60%), gia dng (34%), sch,
vn phng phm (31%) v mt s cc mt hng khc. Ti Vit Nam, phn ln ngi mua
sm sau khi t hng trc tuyn vn la chn hnh thc thanh ton tin mt (64%), hnh
thc thanh ton qua v in t chim 37%, v hnh thc thanh ton qua ngn hng chim
14%.

Kt qu kho st cng cho thy, 71% ngi tham gia kho st mua hng trc
tuyn thng qua website bn hng ha/ dch v, tng 10% so vi nm 2014. S ngi s
dng cc din n mng x hi mua sm trc tuyn cng tng t 45% nm 2014 ln
53% nm 2015. S ngi mua qua cc website mua hng theo nhm gim mnh t 51%

Tin mt vn l hnh thc thanh ton ch yu trong cc giao dch mua bn trc
tuyn, chim 64%, gim 10% so vi nm 2014. Hnh thc chuyn khon qua ngn hng
cng gim t 41% nm 2014 xung cn 14% nm 2015. Thay vo , s lng ngi s
dng v in t li tng t 8% nm 2014 ln 37% nm 2015.

Nhng tr ngi khi mua sm trc tuyn, vn u tin l sn phm km cht lng

2.3.3.
Ngnh xe khch ca Vit Nam c tim nng pht trin rt ln khi nhu cu i li ca
ngi dn bng phng tin ny khng ngng tng cao. Tuy nhin vic d on nhu cu
cng nh b tr, sp xp thi gian chy cho cc tuyn ng ca tng hng xe cng l rt
kh khn, v vy mi xy ra tnh trng vo cc dp l Tt c nhng bn xe, nh xe rt ng
khch v ngi dn phi xp hng t sm ch mua v, nhng cng c nhng nh xe
hot ng khng n 50% cng sut .

S hnh thnh nhu cu mua v xe: V xe l sn phm cn thit khi mun i du lch, cng
