Ancient Egyptian writing of abridged hieroglyphics used by priests.

Writing consisting of hieroglyphs.

Tomb
A large vault, typically an underground one, for burying the dead.

Pyramid
A monumental structure with a square or triangular base and sloping sides that meet in a
point at the top, especially one built of stone as a royal tomb in ancient Egypt.

Sacrifices
An act of slaughtering an animal or person or surrendering a possession as an offering to a
deity.

Pharaoh
A ruler in ancient Egypt.

Demotic
Denoting or relating to the kind of language used by ordinary people

Monument
A statue, building, or other structure erected to commemorate a notable person or event.

Irrigate
Supply water to (land or crops) to help growth, typically by means of channels.

Medicine
A drug or other preparation for the treatment or prevention of disease.
