Greetings in the name of our Lord!
We, the undersigned students of Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Manila, College of Public
Administration and Governance, are conducting a research study about the availability, adequacy and
affordability of the housing program in Towerville, We have chosen your beloved town because of your
immeasurable dedication on improving your projects and programs that would help your constituents for
their daily lives.
In this regard, we are asking permission from your good office to conduct a survey to the relocatees of
Towerville, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. The purpose of this survey is to assess the satisfaction of the
relocates when it comes to availability of the resources, how adequate the reliefs and the affordability of
the amortization of the housing program. In addition, the answers in the survey questions

will provide beneficial information.
